Energy Regulation
Encouraging healthy energy flow to combat stress and fatigue. Identifying "armoured" areas of holding, where the body has learned to contract in response to stress or past experience. These often show up as stiffness, pain, limited movement in the tissue, anxiety, stress or numbness.

Consultation
We'll have a quick honest chat about why you're here and what you want to achieve from the session. I'll ask about your health, stress, and any specific areas of concern in your body. You’ll also fill out a brief Intake & Consent Form, don't worry, nothing too formal.
Preparation & Session
I'll show you to the treatment room where you can undress to your comfort level and lie on a heated table with clean towels provided. Once ready, I’ll use techniques and pressure that suit your preferences, with oil to reduce friction.
Communication - Relaxation & Conclusion
During the session, please feel free to give feedback and if you feel the urge to sigh or even groan to release tension—it's a good sign, don't hold back! Once the session is complete take a few minutes to relax and absorb the benefits of the massage before getting back to your day.

I've trained in Bioenergetic Massage in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1993) a holistic massage therapy based on how emotional experiences are stored and expressed through the body, following the principles of Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen approach to bodywork and healing.
Since then, I have continued to deepen and expand my skills through formal qualifications in Myofascia Release, Sports Massage, and Sensorimotor Therapy. I remain engaged in ongoing professional studies in Body-Based Psychotherapy, at TEAB, Clínica Bioenergética (currently on hold).
I’ve completed the Mindfulness-Based Mind Fitness Training (MMFT®) with Dr. Elizabeth Stanley PhD - Professor at Georgetown University — "MMFT® is a trauma-informed training approach to resilience and recovery in high-stress environments. An intensive 8 weeks program of practical mindfulness methods to regulate the nervous system and recover from chronic stress, trauma and PTSD's symptoms -"MMFT® has been tested through rigorous scientific research with U.S. troops preparing for combat deployment."
I complete regularly CPD training hours to keep my practice aligned with the latest developments in somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and hands-on therapeutic techniques. I hold an ITEC qualification, IASTM certified (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), a Registered Member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). Fully insured.
